Property solutions provider Bproperty on Wednesday launched “Bproperty Online Property Fair” to revolutionize the process of purchasing property via a new feature that has been introduced in the online fair.
This revolutionary new feature allows visitors of the website to negotiate the price of properties from the comforts of their own home, according to a press release.
When paired with the virtual tour feature, a prospective buyer can view any property in its entirety as an online walkthrough, thus bringing the whole arduous process of property transactions online and making property buying a hassle-free experience for the buyer.
Previously, Bproperty hosted a couple of property fairs in its marketplaces throughout the city, but the Covid-19 pandemic has made it extremely difficult to host physical fairs.
This is why Bproperty has taken a new initiative and brought the fair into the digital domain.
When asked about the online fair, Rejbeen Ahsan, general manager of Bproperty, said: “The Bproperty Online Property Fair is featuring over 10,000 properties available for purchase with a new offer button that we have launched in this fair on a trial basis, along with exclusive real estate projects from Dhaka and Chittagong.”
Visitors of the online fair can also expect other services, including property maintenance, property management, interior solutions, legal solutions, home loans, and other financing options.
